Beauti-Tone's Paint & Home Products Division is located in the village of Burford in South Western Ontario. The plant and laboratory facilities cover over 150,000 square feet and constitute one of the most modern paint manufacturing facilities in North America.

The plant's advanced level of automation has given us the accuracy required to produce products of the highest quality while providing maximum efficiency. This advantage enables our stores to sell the best rated paint in Canada at an exceptional price. The Division supplies a full range of paint products in both waterbase and solvent based formulations. We also supply a wide range of aerosol products.

In addition, we also produce our own top quality sealant products which include; acrylic latex caulking, drywall compound and stucco for interior/exterior applications.

Beauti-Tone products are exclusive to Home Hardware and are developed in our own modern, fully equipped Research and Development labs. It is necessary to be at the forefront of technology in order to achieve our goal of producing the best products for the marketplace.

Our chemists and technicians work hard to be the best in their fields using computerized colour matching and formulating programs, stringent test procedures and statistical analysis in order to ensure consistent high quality. To back up our lab's findings we routinely use outside sources for testing our products such as the Retail Research Foundation. All of our products are benchmarked against national leading brands.

To ensure Home's commitment to quality is delivered, each batch is checked twice – as it is produced and packaged. Any product that is not found to be up to Home's stringent quality is rejected.
